Our next WFC Summit will be held in Riga, the capital city of latvia, known as heart of the three Baltic States. Latvia is situated in northeast Europe on the coast of the Baltic Sea.

The capital city of Riga, founded in 1201, has managed to combine the most diverse styles of architecture from the 12th century to the modern - through Gothic, Eclectic, Baroque and Art Nouveau. The architecture ensures unusual charm to the City. While in Riga, you will feel its creative spirit!

August 19-22, 2004 are the dates for next WFC Summit meeting and coincide with the time when Riga celebrates its 803 years anniversary. At these days also Latvian florist competition will go on and our city will robe in beautiful flower adornement.
